well we did, not the free bit though!
looks good doesn’t it, and it tasted lovely.
All the beef produced on the farm is organic and has a wonderful flavour. We had sirloin steaks, but the rump steak is just as good and, if cooked correctly, all are wonderfully juicy and tender.
I always cook steak on our griddle,
we don’t have a good grill, and cooking it this way really works well. It also makes the steak look appealing, even though I normally manage to lose the nice lines by constantly fiddling with them!
So after savouring a lovely steak we finished off the meal with the Buffalo Vanilla ice cream.
The cats prowled round the whole time we were eating, they know how tempting the ice cream is!
